The Kent Coffey Manufacturing Company was founded in 1907 in Lenoir, North Carolina. The company was a part of what was a boom in furniture manufacturing in the area at the time - local contemporaries were James Broyhill and John Bernhardt. Kent Coffey pieces are coveted by mid-century collectors due to their high quality and American flair. This set of 6 side chairs is in solid shape, and we love the design of the back! Seats have been reupholstered sometime in their past.
